East Legon Accident: Elrad Salifu Amoako under heavy police guard at hospital

The parents of the sixteen-year-old Prophet Salifu Amoako and Mouha Amoako and one other have been accused by the Ghana Police Service of letting an unregistered person operate.

They are scheduled to reappear before the court on October 30, 2024.

Speaking on Sunday, October 20 at Alive Chapel International, Bishop Amoako called for peace and advised the people to refrain from speculating. Declaring that the occurrence was an unfortunate accident, he voiced annoyance at the story that was told about it. “My son carried no pistol meant for killing someone. The cleric said, “He involved himself in a terrible accident; I am not the one who did it, nor his mother; hence, we should give his public figure status more importance.”

Two girls were killed and trapped in a fire caused by the sad tragedy involving a Jaguar driven by the young man. Bishop Amoako expressed confidence that the truth will come to light and begged for faith and patience as the inquiry and court processes carried forward.
