“The decision was made at the highest levels of the company, but without the knowledge of CEO Jack Dorsey, with former head of legal, policy, and trust Vijaya Gadde playing a key role.” Taibbi dubbed the report “The Twitter Files.” After completing research for a study that he labeled “The Twitter Files,” Taibbi produced this article and published it.

Conservatives have been making fun of Gadde for a long time by calling him the “chief censor” of the corporation and referring to him in this way.
