We are all aware that some Ghanaians may decide not to activate their SIM cards because they owe money to MTN or Vodafone. It has been brought to our knowledge that this exists.

Ursula Owusu has at long last responded to this issue. She attested to the fact that several specialist groups had consented in light of the information they had.

Ursula Owusu claims that everyone who took part in that was definitely participating in disgusting debasement and that these tactics were used to catch those who behaved in such a way.
