Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson has taken over as Minority Leader for the NDC in lieu of Haruna Iddrisu. James Klutse Avedzi has also lost his position as deputy minority leader, according to the party.
Kofi Armah Buah, a legislator from Ellembelle, has taken his post as well.
The seats in Tamale South, Ketu North, and Asawase, as well as the 2024 presidential elections, should be bid farewell by the NDC.
He tweeted, “The NDC practices vice while preaching virtue.”
Johnson Asiedu Nketia, the National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress, provided an explanation for the decision following the changes in the minority leadership.
He claimed that the economy, energy, and infrastructure are the main issues that have been the subject of recent debates.
He claimed that, as a result, the party thought it important to put its finest guys who are knowledgeable about these topics forward.
