Bawumia visits ailing Yolo actor Drogba

The Vice President of Ghana and the flagbearer of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has visited Ghanaian actor John Bredu Peasah, popularly known as Drogba, who is currently battling with a rare nerve disorder called demyelination

Bawumia visits ailing Yolo actor Drogba

Drogba has been receiving treatment for the past 2 years. He rose to stardom as a result of his role in the TV series Yolo.

After he revealed his diagnosis on Friday, his sister Hannah Mensah verified this on Monday.

Drogba has been appealing with the public for money ever since he revealed his physical issue in order to pay for his escalating medical bills.

 

Following his appeal, the Vice President paid him a visit. It is unclear what kind of support the Vice President gave to the ailing Yolo actor during the visit.
