You Can Sue But You Cannot Shut Down – Manasseh Azure To Manhyia

Manasseh Azure Awuni, a well-known investigative journalist, claims that although the constitution permits the Kumasi Traditional Council to sue Oyerepa FM for defamation, they are unable to shut it down.

Mannaseh Azure posted the following on his official Facebook page on August 25, 2022:

You Can Sue But You Cannot Shut Down -  Manasseh Azure To Manhyia

Odike’s remarks have been shut down by the Kumasi Traditional Council as a result of Odike’s remarks.

 

The stations must be shut down starting on Friday, August 26, 2022, according to the council, unless the ongoing problem is addressed and fixed.
