The death of two people were reportedly the result of a drive-by shooting on Florida Road in Durban, and it has been confirmed that one of the victims was the rapper Kiernan Jarryd “AKA” Forbes. The timing of the incident has been estimated to be only a little bit before 10 o’clock at night.
Eyewitnesses said AKA was standing outside Wish Restaurant when two unmarked cars gunned him down as they drove by, according to IOL, who arrived at the area after the police had sealed it off. IOL arrived at the scene after the police had blocked it off.
It is believed that the other individual who passed away was a close friend of the artist. While it is thought that AKA’s security was among those injured in the attack.
