Ras Nene (aka Dr. Likee), a well-known YouTuber based in Ghana, recently became the latest brand ambassador for dancehall star Shatta Wale’s Shaxi Team, and as part of that role, he was given a brand new car.
Charles Nii Armsah Mensah, who is now 38 years old, was the founder of the ride-hailing service, and he began commercializing its operations in December 2021 as part of his plans to provide a source of income for the younger generation in Ghana.
The company announced in a video that it had presented Ebenezer Antwi, better known by his stage name, Dr. Likee, with an award in recognition of the combined efforts that he had made to promote the brand.
“On behalf of Shattawalegh, the Shaxi team led by @sambahflex @ms Daviz made a trip to Kumasi to welcome Mr. Ebenezer Antwi, a.k.a. Dr. Likee, and @RasNeneOfficial to the Shaxi family as our newest brand ambassadors.
This trip was made possible by the generous support of shattawalegh. The post praised his “hard work, dedication, and passion,” saying that they had not gone unnoticed.
Ras Nene expressed his appreciation to Shatta Wale, Medikal, and the entire Shaxi team for the opportunity to serve as an ambassador for Shaxi by posting the news of his appointment on Instagram.
“Thank you so much to @shattawalenima, @amgmedikal, and the entire @shaxiofficial.gh team, I really appreciate it.
Because of everything you’ve done for me, I pray that the Lord will bless you. He wrote in the caption of one of his posts that “We will continue to push the brand @shaxiofficial.gh to another level.”
