Ghanaians ‘ROAST’ Hearts of Oak Goalkeeper After Doing This; Check it out

After showing up for Hearts of Oak’s game against Karela United with his face covered in white powder, goalkeeper Richmond Ayi has received severe backlash on social media. The incident occurred before the game.

The peculiar appearance has caused some people to wonder whether it is the result of dark magic, which is also referred to as “Juju.” It is not clear, however, why the goalkeeper chose to dust powder all over his face in order to disguise his appearance.

In spite of the fact that Ayi made his controversial appearance, Hearts of Oak were unable to prevail against Karela United and lost the match. At CAM Park in Aiyinase, the underachieving Karela team defeated the Phobians with a dominant performance, which resulted in a 3-0 victory for the underdogs.

Emmanuel Boakye Owusu opened the scoring for Karela United in the 17th minute. Shortly after that, defender Konadu Yiadom scored an own goal, which extended Karela United’s lead even further. A goal scored by Richard Berko in the 87th minute was the decisive one.

The loss puts Hearts of Oak in a position where they have a chance of climbing out of the bottom two spots in the standings, but they will still be seven points behind the leaders when matchday 23 is over.

It is unknown why Ayi made the decision to cover his face with white powder; however, his action has been roundly condemned on social media, with many users describing it as archaic and unacceptable in contemporary football.
