One week observation for Christian Atsu set for March 4

The beginning of the commemoration of Ghanaian international Christian Atsu, who passed away a few years ago, will take place on Saturday, March 4, 2023.

Atsu’s untimely death, which occurred in the earthquake that devastated Turkey earlier this month, has sent the football community into a state of disbelief.

The funeral date for the football player who died is likely to be announced by his family during the weeklong celebration that will be held in his honor.

Christian Atsu was a very skilled player, and Ghanaians will remember him fondly for the great things he did for the Black Stars during his career.

Christian Atsu played on the national team 65 times and scored nine goals in his career there. At the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations, which was held in Equatorial Guinea, he scored multiple goals, and one of those goals earned him the honor of Goal of the Tournament. He was also voted the Most Valuable Player at the tournament.

During the course of his professional career, Atsu was a member of a number of illustrious clubs in Europe, including FC Porto, Chelsea, Newcastle United, Everton, and Malaga.

Christian Atsu’s death was a sad blow to the world of football, and the one-week celebration in his honor will give his family, friends, and fans a chance to express their sorrow and honor his memory.
