Okudzeto Ablakwa exposes Nat’l Cathedral’s Rev Kusi Boateng; demands his prosecution over conflict of interest

Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, the Member of Parliament for the North Tongu Constituency, has provided what he calls “unimpeachable” and “incontrovertible” evidence against Reverend Victor Kusi Boateng, the Secretary to the Board of Trustees of the National Cathedral of Ghana. Ablakwa is accusing Boateng of embezzling funds from the cathedral.

Rev. Kusi Boateng is allegedly the third “mystery” director of JNS Talent Cantre Limited, a company that the lawmaker had previously accused of receiving an illegal cash transfer of GH2.6 million from the Secretariat. The lawmaker promised to deliver this exposé on TV3’s The Keypoints over the weekend. Rev. Kusi Boateng is reportedly the third “mystery” director.

The member of parliament for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) revealed that “unimpeachable and incontrovertible evidence confirms that Mr. Kwabena Adu Gyamfi is the famous Rev. Victor Kusi Boateng, who still serves on the National Cathedral Board as an Executive Council Member and Director.” “Unimpeachable and incontrovertible evidence confirms that Mr. Kwabena Adu Gyamfi is the famous Rev. Victor Kusi Boateng, who still serves on the board.

“Just so there is no room for confusion, there is no such thing as a distinct Kwabena Adu Gyamfi. Reverend Victor Kusi-Boateng is the same as Kwabena Adu Gyamfi. As a result, they cannot be distinguished from one another.

Rev. Victor Kusi-Boateng, also known as Kwabena Adu Gyamfi, thought he had fooled every Ghanaian, especially our government officials, for many years. However, the day of reckoning has come.

To begin, the congressman is requesting that Rev. Kusi Boateng step down from his position on the board of the National Cathedral effective immediately.

Mr. Okudzeto Ablakwa wants the state to compel the Secretary to the Board of Trustees of the National Cathedral to return any taxpayer monies that are said to have been transferred to JNS. In addition, Mr. Okudzeto Ablakwa wants the state to investigate the allegations against the National Cathedral.

“Rev. Victor Adu Gyamfi AKA Kwabena Adu Gyamfi must be subjected to thorough, credible investigations and prosecution for his many other offenses, which have now come to light,” he added, asking President Nana Addo Dankwa to disband the board entirely. Rev. Victor Adu Gyamfi, AKA Kwabena Adu Gyamfi, must be subjected to thorough, credible investigations and prosecution for his many other offenses, which have now come to light.
