Frank Annoh-Dompreh, who serves as the Chief Whip of the Majority, forecasts that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) will win handily in the by-election scheduled for June 27 in the Assin North seat.
According to Mr. Annoh-Dompreh, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) will regain control of the seat it previously controlled after the election is finished.

The Member of Parliament for Nsawam-Adoakyiri stated to the journalists present in Parliament that the NPP would emerge victorious.
“As for us, we have our strategy, and they have theirs; all we can do is wait and see what the end result is.” They went as far as to say that they were going to win Kumawu, but we are all aware of what actually occurred.
“We have read all of the polls, we are guided, we are mindful, and we are moving in a direction that will put our strategy spot on, so I am very happy that they are feeling as though they will win.”
