My Penalty Miss Has Been A Blessing In Disguise – Asamoah Gyan

Asamoah Gyan, who used to be captain of the Black Stars, thinks that missing the penalty kick against Uruguay, which made him worried at the time, turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

He claims that missing the penalty that would have allowed Ghana to become the first African nation to go to the World Cup semifinals has led to a number of doors opening in his life.

He claims that one of the benefits of missing the penalty was getting signed by Sunderland in England.
Do you know why I signed you, Steve Bruce said when he called one day and said, “Forever Product”? Because you are a man, I signed you.

You are mentally tough. It only takes one penalty kick for you to miss in the game, return to take another and score.

He went on to say that even those who don’t know much about football still remember him for the kick he missed and that it makes it easier for him to complete tasks.

Asamoah Gyan, who was speaking to Dental, claimed that only when he is in his closet does he have the thought of missing the penalty kick.

Asamoah Gyan said that he wishes he could go back in time and take the kick again, but he knows that he can’t.
