Rapper Medikal has made waves on social media following his London performance alongside his ex-girlfriend Sister Derby.
Two of Ghana’s biggest artists, Shatta Wale and Sarkodie, are joining Medikal for his show at the Indigo O2 Arena in London.

For his fans’ surprise, the musician chose to startle them. The singer was spotted performing on stage with his ex-girlfriend, Sister Derby, the night of his show.
A few weeks have passed since the rapper and actress Fella Makafui announced their divorce.
After the musicians’ separation, Medikal and Sister Derby have not been spotted together in public for a very long period.
His performance with Sister Derby has generated debate on social media with fans reacting and expressing surprise at the rapper’s action.
It is unclear what the rapper’s motives are for performing together with his ex-girlfriend shortly after an amicable marriage breakup.
However, Fella Makafui was not present at the concert and was also engaged in a media tour to promote her debut movie titled “Resonance”.
