Krispy Kreme made the announcement today that the first 500 customers to visit each participating shop in the United States on November 13 will be eligible to receive a free dozen Original Glazed Doughnuts for themselves and to share with others as part of a global effort to inspire people to connect with each other and share kindness on World Kindness Day.
There is no requirement for customers to make a purchase in order to receive the free doughnuts.

“World Kindness Day is a chance to make a positive difference by being generous, whether it’s paying it forward or meaningfully connecting with each other,” the World Kindness Movement says.
According to Dave Skena, the Global Chief Brand Officer for Krispy Kreme, “simple gestures of caring and thanks, including sharing a sweet treat, are a great way to do that.” “We hope a dozen Original Glazed Doughnuts—one doughnut for you and many to share with others—will inspire millions of small acts of kindness.”
Krispy Kreme has locations in more than 30 countries, and a good number of those locations will hold their own World Kindness Day events.
On Monday, November 13, which is also known as World Kindness Day, share how you are spreading kindness with Krispy Kreme by using the hashtag #KrispyKreme and tagging @krispykreme on social media.
