The 26th Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA) saw Afrobeat sensation King Promise emerge as the night’s biggest winner.
He won the coveted Artiste of the Year award on a night full of glamour, spectacular performances, and touching tributes to Ghana’s music giants.
On Saturday, May 10, at the Accra International Conference Centre’s Grand Arena, King Promise defeated Stonebwoy, Black Sheriff, Kwaku Smoke, King Paluta, Joe Mettle, and Gospel group Team Eternity. He received the top honour.
Beeztrom Kotm received Best New Artiste of the Year, while Stonebowy won Best Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the Year.
