Javed Khan Amrohi was an Indian actor who had a career in both film and television. He was born in the city of Mumbai. His birth took place on March 24, 1949, and his death took place on February 14, 2023.

Amrohi is best known for his performances as the barber Karim on the television show Nukkad, which aired in the late 1980s; as Anand Akela, one of the suitors of Raveena Tandon’s character in the film Andaz Apna Apna; as the commentator in the film Lagaan; and as a support staff member of the Women’s Hockey team in Chak De! India.
