Akwasi Boadi, also known as Akrobeto, a Ghanaian comedian and television broadcaster, has been one of the most trending topics on Twitter, placing second in Ghana trends. This comes after Borussia Dortmund, a German soccer club, posted a gratitude message on their verified Twitter page.
The club extended its gratitude to Akrobeto on Thursday for having ex-players and legends from the soccer club on his popular television show, ‘Real News.’ “Thank you for welcoming us on your show,” the club wrote on Twitter, alongside a photo of a happy Akrobeto standing between iconic Dortmund goalie Roman Weidenfeller and legendary attacker Jan Koller.
The legends of Borussia Dortmund are in Ghana ahead of their Legend Tour Ghana 2022, which will be their first visit to West Africa. The players are expected to stay in Ghana until June 12 and play a charity match at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday, June 11 against a renowned African team led by Abedi Pele.
