The Black Stars of Ghana will play against Brazil in an international friendly next month as part of preparations for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
This follows the decision of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) to defer matches in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The game will occur on Friday, September 23, 2022, at a yet-to-be-named venue in Europe. It is alleged the game will be staged at Wembley Stadium in London, UK.
The match will give Coach Otto Addo the stage to proceed with the evaluation of his players in preparation for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 in Doha.
Brazil will play Serbia (on November 24), Switzerland (on November 28), and Cameroon (on December 2), while the Black Stars will play Portugal (on November 24), South Korea (on November 28), and Uruguay (on December 2). (December 2).
The international friendly match against Brazil will give Ghana a fair assessment of the team going into the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 competition.
