EX-PRESIDENT JABBED FOR LOOKING FOR POLITICAL POWER AND PEDDLING FALSEHOOD.

DEPUTY Western North Regional Youth Organiser of the New Patriotic Party says erstwhile Head of State(President) John Dramani Mahama is so desperate for political power which is now forcing him to peddle falsehood in his orations.

The organizer, Kwabena Amankwah Asiedu, in a telephone interview with Alhaji Quality on Okyeame Adekyee Mu Nsem, indicated that JDM’s monthly emolument of GH35.000 hits his account every month as a former president, including house rent allowance of GH9.000 per month and provision of vehicles for him every four years, among others, so he doesn’t fathom why Mr. Mahama, a state man is lying to the general populace by not giving him the remuneration due him as an ex-president.

On ex gratia, Mahama did not review it during his regime from 2012 to 2016, but he’s now telling Ghanaians that he will do so if power is bestowed upon him in the 2024 elections and that comment he made is doubtful too many people, Amankwah said.

During his reign, power fluctuations collapsed businesses, caused indebtedness to traders, and killed people.

He pointed out that JDM doesn’t pay for his own travel expenses; when he goes on vacation with his family, the government pays for everything. He also said that JM is the best person to tell Ghanaians what’s making him lie, because “I know we have a workaholic government to help the people out of hard times.”
