OSP found $590k, GHC2.7m during search in Cecilia Dapaah’s House

An even more dramatic development has taken place in the ongoing case concerning Cecilia Dapaah, who served as the Minister of Sanitation and Water Resources.

The Office of the Special Prosecutor undertook a detailed investigation of the minister’s residences after the shocking revelation that her domestic staff had stolen money. The search was motivated by the extraordinary amounts that were allegedly stolen and came as a result of the revelation that her domestic staff had stolen funds.

On Thursday, August 17, a High Court in Accra will decide whether or not to confirm the freezing of different accounts belonging to Cecilia Dapaah.
