Clayton Charles Ruby was a Canadian legal counselor and human rights, activist. He had practical experience in established, criminal, and social liberties regulation.
Louis Ruby, Clayton Ruby’s dad, was the publisher of Flash Weekly, a crusading Toronto tabloid and scandal paper that worked from the last part of the 1930s until the 1970s.

He passed on from natural cause without any sight of treachery. Ruby moved on from York University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1963. In 1969, graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Laws degree and was confessed to the bar. He acquired his Master of Laws from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1973.
Ruby defended a plaintiff who attempted to unseat Toronto Mayor Rob Ford in a high-profile conflict of interest in 2012, which the plaintiff and Ruby won. Ford won his allure on January 25, 2012, and assumed office.
Ruby effectively battled for the release of the $100,000 bail of former Ontario Deputy Minister of Education Ben Levin in 2013.
He was married to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice Harriet Sachs. They were guardians to two young ladies. He will be remembered fondly by numerous who followed his art.
