A weather presenter on American television is named Cecily Tynan. Tynan, who once hosted the public affairs show Primetime Weekend on Saturday nights, is currently WPVI’s chief meteorologist.

Even the cover of the February 2001 issue of Runner’s World Magazine features Tynan.
Cecily hasn’t been spotted competing in any local charity races, either, until lately. She took over the weathercasts at 5 and 6 p.m. after Dave Roberts resigned in 2009.Currently serving as WPVI’s top meteorologist, she may be seen providing weather commentary on the 5, 6, and 11 p.m. broadcasts.
