Boakye Agyarko refrains from NPP run-off election
Mr. Agyarko claimed that the creation of an electoral college violates the party’s constitution in addition to other legal violations.
“I find it wholly intolerable that such an illegal act could be continued on the altar of convenience. Am I to assume that the party was unaware of the financial impact? The game’s rules being altered in the middle of it is despicable.
Flip-flopping rules and regulations in this way only serves to undermine justice and fair play. It obviously goes against both the party’s charter and the rules for the Special Electoral College. Parts of his statement were, “I cannot allow myself to be connected with it because it is unconstitutional conduct.
