Alhaji Gruzah Tears Kurt Okraku Apart After Chopping $100,000 WC Appearance fee

Alhaji Karim Gruzah, a member of the Black Stars management committee, has launched a stinging attack on the Ghana Football Association (GFA), calling the leadership of its President, Kurt Okraku, inadequate.

The financial backer of King Faisal Football Club has said that the association is tainted with corruption and called for the resignation of the GFA President and his General Secretary, Prosper Harrison Addo.

His remarks come after King Faisal’s case against Tamale City was thrown out by the Appeals Committee on Friday. Tamale City was the defendant in that case.

The committee’s decision implies that King Faisal will be playing in the Division One League instead of the Division Two League.

However, Alhaji has stated that he will be taking his case to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in order to defend it.

In a conversation with LUV FM, an upset Alhaji Grusah made the allegation that, when he appealed the verdict, Kurt Okraku invited him to his office and assured him that he would aid him.

He emphasised that the GFA is corrupt with Kurt Okraku as its leader, and as a result, the President needs to quit in order to clean up the organisation.

“He invited me to his office and informed me that even if I don’t have a case, he still wants to assist me. You can inquire about it by calling him up.
