2024 Presidential Race: Bawumia declares ‘It is Possible’; see reaction on social media

The strongest signal regarding his presidential aspirations came from Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, who issued a forceful rallying cry on his social media accounts.

It is possible, the vice president declared audaciously. with the flags of the New Patriotic Party and Ghana (NPP).

The strongest hint Dr. Bawumia has publicly provided towards his candidature for the NPP flagbearership and later the contest to become the next President of Ghana is his forceful assertion, which is loaded with confidence and optimism.

The NPP flagbearership election is planned to take place on November 4 of this year, and Dr. Bawumia is expected to win. The race is expected to begin next month.

His cryptic yet forceful statement was positively received on social media across all platforms applaud it.

Other comments on his page, where the news was made, urged him to continue and referred to him as the “Next To Lead.”

Between 2008 and 2020, Dr. Bawumia participated directly in Ghana’s last four presidential elections. His four consecutive terms serving as Nana Akufo-Addo’s mate are unique in Ghanaian political history.

Given the number of initiatives and programmes that Dr. Bawumia has spearheaded throughout his tenure as vice president, many people believe that he is the most influential vice president in Ghana’s history.
