OSP arrests four including Administrator at Office of Vice President for failure to declare sources of income

On Monday, February 13, the Office of Special Prosecutor (OSP) will appear before the Criminal Division of the Accra High Court to arraign four individuals for failing to report their sources of income.

The OSP believes that because of this, the four individuals have violated rule 20 of LI-2374.

Issah Seidu, who works for the National Insurance Commission (NIC), James Keck Osei, who is an administrator in the Office of the Vice President, John Abban, and Peter Archibald Hyde, who are both senior officers with the Customs Division of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), are the four individuals in question.

The OSP carried out an investigation into the subjects’ ways of life before making the arrests.

THE FOUR, ISSAH SEIDU, JAMES KECK OSEI, JOHN ABBAN, AND PETER ARCHIBOLD HYDE, ARE SCHEDULED TO APPEAR BEFORE THE HIGH COURT (CRIMINAL DIVISION) IN ACCRA ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 13TH, 2023.
