Obuasi Turns Bloody as Two Rival Towns Clash [Video]

Gold city, Obuasi in the Ashanti Region was characterized with chaos and smoke as two rival towns clashed as they rekindle existing rife.

According to report gathered by 2rvisionnews, the towns, Estate and Gausu have been rivals since ages. The clash started when a member of Estate went to Gausu and was attacked which led him been admitted to the hospital.

As a retaliation of the attack on the Estate member, they gathered weapons and ransacked the Gausu town. They burnt down stores, motor cycle and other properties. As at now, we have not recorded any casualty as result of the attack on Gausu.

The police rushed to the scene to prevent escalation of the situation. They moved all the food vendors in their homes to ensure safety. Watch the video below.
