Rev. Dr. Lawrence Tetteh, the founder and president of Worldwide Miracle Outreach, has expressed opposition to the practice of men of God making prophecies about the outcome of presidential elections.

In an interview with Berla Mundi that hasn’t yet broadcast, the well-known evangelist rejected running for president, stating, “I feel sad for the President.” It’s a headache.

When asked if he wanted to be president, he said, “No, never!”

Dr. Tetteh stated on The Day Show, which will appear on TV3 on Sunday, March 31, “… I am totally against pastors who will stand on their pulpit and declare who is going to become a President.”

“Sometimes we miss it,” he stated in response to the question of whether the pastors’ prophecies are true.

Dr. Lawrence Tetteh has a background in International Relations and has lectured on the course in many universities across the world.

However, he noted he does not regret becoming a man of God as he is fulfilled by his ministry and doing God’s work.

“I was supposed to be a career diplomat. I specialized in International Relations and have the chance to lecture the course in many universities but I must be honest with you, what I do today is satisfying. There is fulfillment in what I preach,” he added.

Dr. Lawrence Tetteh is also an author who have written many Christian books including; benefits of the Anointing, Count Your Blessings, Dangers of Offence and others
