Kuami Eugene, Blacko, Sarkodie, others make it to US Veep’s Spotify playlist

Kamala Harris, who is currently serving as the Vice President of the United States of America (USA), has compiled a Spotify playlist that draws attention to the work of African and African-American musicians.

She will be traveling through Ghana, Tanzania, and Zambia in the month of March, and her 25-song playlist will feature music from a wide variety of artists.

The playlist, which can be found on Spotify under the title “My Travels: Ghana, Tanzania, and Zambia,” includes music from a number of well-known Ghanaian artists.

“Cryptocurrency featuring Rotimi” by Kuami Eugene, “Countryside” by Sarkodie, “Kwaku The Traveller” by Black Sherif, “Reckless & Sweet” by Amaarae, and a number of other top songs were selected for inclusion on the album.

The Vice President of the United States of America began her first trip to Africa while she was in office on March 26, when she arrived in Ghana. She is scheduled to travel to Tanzania on March 29 and Zambia on March 31 before flying back to the United States on Sunday.
