President-elect John Dramani Mahama has sent cordial Christmas wishes to Ghanaians, expressing hope, thanks, and dedication to national progress.
“Christmas is a season of hope and renewed inspiration,” Mahama said, reflecting on the spirit of the holidays. “As we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ and the values He exemplified, I wish to thank you, the good people of Ghana, for bestowing on me the opportunity to serve you as your President and Commander-In-Chief of the Ghana Armed Forces.”
In his statement, Mahama underlined his commitment to building a wealthy and democratic Ghana. He stressed his vision of a nation founded on liberty, justice, accountability, and equal chances for all citizens.
“I also wish to reaffirm my determination to build a nation that works for all,” he said, expressing hope for Ghana’s future.
The President-Elect ended his speech by expressing his best wishes to Ghanaians throughout the festive season.
