John Mahama to hold media encounter on July 7

On Sunday, July 7, 2024, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer, former president John Dramani Mahama, will meet with the media.

In a statement released on Monday, June 24, Mr. Mahama’s spokesman Joyce Bawah Mogtari stated that this significant interaction with the media is the first of many to come before the elections in December.

According to the announcement, he will have the chance to discuss significant matters of national concern and offer his vision for Ghana’s future.

“The upcoming media interaction acknowledges the critical role of the media and is a tribute to Mahama’s persistent commitment to transparency and communication with the people of Ghana.

He is adamant that having an honest and interactive dialogue with the media is vital in equipping the Ghanaian people with the information they need to make informed decisions.

“Media houses interested in attending to cover the encounter are invited to send details of the reporter and video operator, where applicable, to [email protected],” the statement added.
