FIFA U20 WORLD CUP: The Black Princesses Exit The Tournament After Losing To Netherlands.

The Ghana Black Princesses were eliminated from the 2022 FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup after suffering a defeat at the hands of the Netherlands in the last game of their group D competition and playing poorly overall.

Ghana entered the game with the intention of defeating the Netherlands by a score of at least six goals in order to have a chance of advancing even if the United States were to lose their match.

In the 65th minute, Liz Rijsbergen scored her second goal of the match, and then Marit Auee scored a goal from the penalty spot with six minutes left to play to clinch the victory for the Dutch.

The Ghanaian under-20 women’s national team was eliminated in the first round of the FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup for the sixth time.
