Former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta is in severe legal danger, as both the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) and the National Intelligence Bureau (NIB) have named him a wanted person.
According to reports, the two state institutions have opened separate, active investigations into Mr. Ofori-Atta’s financial dealings when he was finance minister, indicating an increase in scrutiny of his stewardship of public funds.
