How Did Elon Musk Buy Twitter?

Elon Musk, the world’s richest man, sealed a $44 billion deal to acquire Twitter less than three months ago. He declared that the group have “huge potential.”

From that moment forward, Mr. Musk’s worldview has changed. He attacked Twitter’s senior executives. He sent tweets mocking the board of directors.

He complained that the social media administration had too many spam records and he was unaware of the problem. He tweeted a feces emoji to express his dissatisfaction. Friday, Mr. Musk also sought to withdraw totally from the procurement.

Why Did Elon Musk Decline To Acquire Twitter?

Mr. Musk stated in a regulatory filing prepared by his legal counsel that he was terminating the Twitter contract owing to a dispute about the number of spam accounts on the service.

He asserted that Twitter had not provided the necessary information to calculate the number of these records, which the company has stated is less than 5%, and that it had provided incorrect terms. This is why Elon Musk dropped out of the Twitter partnership. Stay informed of any updates.
