Afrobeat musician David Adeleke, better known by his stage name Davido, has announced a kind donation of N300 million to orphans in Nigeria.
The announcement was posted on the microblogging platform X by the Grammy-nominated singer.
The philanthropic musician pledged to give Nigeria an annual gift of N300 million to orphans in spite of the country’s hardships.
Additionally, Davido declared that money will start to be distributed tomorrow.
His words: “I and my foundation pledge the sum of 300 million Naira to orphanages around Nigeria … as my yearly contribution to the Nation ❤️ .. details of disbursement tomorrow”
