Odike has stated that President Akuffo Addo will be removed from office prior to January 2023.

Akwasi Addae Odike, the pioneer behind the United Progressive Party (UPP), has predicted that Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo will not be Ghana’s leader by January 2023. This prediction was made by Odike.

Odike placed the blame for the recent economic turmoil on the president, noting that Akufo-Addo does not hold authority in Ghana but rather the people of Ghana do.

“Akufo-Addo will meet the same fate as cassava in our hands.

The power in this country does not rest with the president but rather with the people.
“It is because of him that we do not have effective governance or education.”

At the Kume Preko Reloaded demonstration that took place in Accra on November 5th, the politician stated once again, “I’m sorry to inform you, but Akufo-Addo won’t be president until January 2023 at the earliest.
“We will continue to demonstrate until he relinquishes his position.”
It is not the first time that Akufo-Addo has been asked to step down from his position.

A handful of well-known people, members of the opposition, and ordinary residents have called for the president, his vice president, and the finance minister to resign from their positions. Martin Kpebu, who was in charge of the “Kume Preko Reloaded” demonstration that took place in Accra’s Black Stars Square, said the following: “We are calling on the trio of Akufo-Addo, Bawumia, and Ken Ofori-Atta to leave as soon as possible or at the latest by Wednesday.

This is due to the fact that, as we probably are aware, for each cedi, for each dollar, that we borrow as a country, President Akufo-Addo and the Finance Minister must resign from their positions. ” This is due to the fact that, as we probably are aware, for each cedi, for each dollar, that we borrow as a country, president Akufo-Addo’s family gets richer through Ken Ofori-Atta. Therefore, we are demanding that they leave immediately.

“In spite of the fact that this constitutes a clear violation of the Constitution and Article 204, the President has delegated responsibility for the Ministry of Finance to the President’s cousin, Ofori-Atta.” But Odike has said that there will be persistent demonstrations around the country if Akufo-Addo does not respond to the calls of Ghanaians by Monday.

“Economic activity will come to a halt,” but “if he continues to be recalcitrant and stubborn, we will bring him down by force,” the speaker said. When asked by Kofi television in a meeting how the president will be forced out of office, he responded by indicating that the ‘Kume Preko Reloaded’ protest was an illustration of what he implied, assuring that there will be a great deal more demonstrations in the future.

At the demonstration, Ghanaians turned out in large numbers to call for better living conditions and to demand the resignation of Akufo-Addo, Bawumia, and Ken Ofori-Atta. In addition, the Ghanaians demanded improved living conditions. The organizers figured out that this was done to send a “strong message” to the government, telling them to do something to help Ghanaians get out of the problems they are facing right now.
